Multivitamin-multimineral food supplement based on active folate (the natural and most absorbable form of folic acid), arginine, vitamins and minerals essential for the needs of women who are trying and/or carrying on a pregnancy.
The composition provides multiple daily benefits for the well-being of the future mother during pregnancy:
- Mother: This supplement is designed to integrate nutritional needs during pregnancy.
- Immune system: This supplement contains minerals (iron and zinc) and vitamins (B6, B12, C, D and active folate) to contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system.
- Maternal tissues: active folate is the natural and most absorbable form of folic acid and contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy. In combination with vitamins D and B12 and with iron and zinc, active folate intervenes by promoting the normal process of cell division. Furthermore, daily supplementation of 400 mcg of active folate in women of childbearing age, for at least one month before and up to three months after conception, increases maternal folate reserves. A low level of maternal folate is a risk factor for the development of neural tube defects in the fetus.
- Tiredness and fatigue: This supplement contains vitamins C and B6 which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The synergy of vitamins C and B6 contributes to normal psychological function, while iodine supports physiological cognitive and nervous system functions.

How to use
