Description
Scholl In Balance Everyday Knee to Heel Pain Relief Insoles help relieve pain in knees, sore legs and heels caused by excessive inward rotation of the foot while walking or running.
They help absorb shock radiating from the lower body. The heel support, along with the arch support structure, reduces strain on the lower limbs, helping to relieve knee pain.
They contour the foot and distribute weight evenly.
They help stabilize the position of the feet and support the way you walk. The arch support structure helps reduce excessive inward rotation of the foot which can cause tension and pain in the heel and knee.

How to use
Before use, check that the product fits well in the shoe. The end of the insole should be at the base of the toes; this way the insole may not touch the back of the shoe.
For some people, Pain Relief Insoles may take some time to become comfortable. Your feet need to get used to the structural properties of the insole, so a break from use may be helpful.
If necessary, gradually increase the number of hours of daily use until you can wear them all day.
