Psillyum fiber food supplement with sweetener. Plantago Ovata contained in Plantalax 3 has a prebiotic effect and an emollient and soothing action (digestive system). It contributes to the regularity of intestinal transit and the formation of stools of normal consistency and volume.Plum and kiwi flavor.

How to use
Adults and children over 12 years: one sachet two-three times a day, immediately before meals. Pour the contents of one sachet into a large glass, add still water (200 ml), mix well for a few seconds and drink immediately. Any increase in consistency of the preparation (gel formation) is a characteristic of Plantalax 3. Since psyllium fiber could delay intestinal absorption of drugs, leave a period of at least 2 hours between taking Plantalax 3 and taking the medicines.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet.
