Medical device consisting of a tablet for oral use that combines a protective action on the oropharyngeal mucosa with a soothing action that provides relief in respiratory tract conditions and is useful for controlling the mucosal microenvironment.
Thanks to its particular formulation, it forms a protective barrier towards the oropharyngeal mucosa, creating favorable conditions for a correct repair process of the mucosa, furthermore the soothing properties provide relief in case of respiratory tract disorders; these particular properties make the product suitable for the adjuvant treatment of respiratory tract disorders.
Indicated in the adjuvant treatment of respiratory tract conditions such as: oropharyngitis in both acute and chronic phases; hoarseness and cough of irritative nature or from environmental pollutants; flu or cold syndromes; extraesophageal manifestations of gastric reflux affecting the upper respiratory tract (dysphagia, chronic pharyngitis, irritable cough).
How to use
Chew or slowly dissolve in the mouth 1 tablet every 2-3 hours up to a maximum of 6 tablets per day. It can be used at any time of the day. For a prolonged action of the device on the oropharyngeal mucosa, it is advisable not to ingest food or drinks for at least 15 minutes after taking it. The duration of use depends on the evolution of the symptoms and any instructions from the doctor. Use for a maximum of 30 days.
Ingredients
Plantago major, sodium hyaluronate, dextrose, sucrose, maltodextrin, magnesium stearate, orange flavour, micronized silica, microcrystalline cellulose and polyvinylpyrrolidone.
Contains sugars.
Warnings
The use, especially if prolonged, of all products for topical use can give rise to sensitization phenomena. If this occurs, treatment should be interrupted and, if necessary, appropriate therapy should be instituted.
Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding: in these circumstances it is advisable to consult your doctor. There are no known interactions with other products, therefore it is advisable to consult your doctor before using the tablet in combination with other medical devices or drugs.
Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Do not use if there is known or suspected hypersensitivity to the components. It is important to report any adverse effects to your doctor or pharmacist. Do not use the product if the package is opened or damaged.
Do not use after the expiry date stated.
Conservation
Store the product at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Do not freeze.
Validity with intact packaging: 24 months.
