Description
Powdered food without phenylalanine with essential and non-essential amino acids, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins and minerals. Enriched with lc pufa and prebiotic fibers, indicated in the dietary management of phenylketonuria in infants from birth to 12 months and as a supplement in children up to 3 years.

How to use
The diet should be supplemented with natural proteins and other nutrients, for example breast milk or suitable infant formula in the quantities prescribed by the doctor to meet the required needs. The recommended dilution is 15% w/v (for example 15g of product reconstituted to 100ml with water). The osmolality of PKU Anamix Infant at the recommended dilution is 380 mosm/kg.
Warnings
The powder formula is not sterile so it is recommended, where possible, to prepare it immediately before administration and consume it within 1 hour. Shake well before use. Discard the reconstituted and unused product. Not suitable as a sole source of nutrition. Do not use parenterally. The recommended dilutions are purely indicative; the quantities must always be established by the doctor.
Conservation
Store in a dry place away from heat sources.
Validity with intact packaging: 18 months.
Validity of the package after opening: 14 days.
