Food supplement based on hawthorn, passion flower, Lactium, valerian, rhodiola, griffonia and melatonin. Melatonin contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep*. Hawthorn, valerian, passion flower and griffonia contribute to relaxation. Rhodiola promotes normal mood.
*The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
Ingredients
Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna Jacq., Crataegus laevigata (Poir.) DC.) flowers and leaves extract tit. 1.5% in flavonoids, passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) flowering aerial parts extract tit. 3.5% in flavonoids, Lactium (hydrolysed milk proteins), griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.] seeds extract tit. 20% in 5-hydroxy-L-tryptophan (5-HTP), valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root extract tit. 0.8% in total sesquiterpene acids, rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea L.) root extract tit. 3% in rosavins and 1% in salidroside; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; coating agents: polyvinyl alcohol, calcium carbonate, polyethylene glycol, talc, iron oxides and hydroxides; melatonin.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day, accompanied by a sip of water.
