Microcrystalline cellulose, Muira puama (Ptychopetalum olacoides Benth. cortex) es E/D:1/4, Maca (Lepidium meyeni Walp. radix) es tit. 0.5% beta acdysone, L-taurine, damiana (Turnera aphrodisiaca Urban folium) es E/D:1/4; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate. vitamin PP (nicotinamide); coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (E646), polyethylene glycol (E1521), talc (E533B), brilliant blue (E133).

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day to be swallowed with a sip of water.
