Male protective shield for drops and small losses.
Ultra-absorbent mattress:
> absorbent mat: containing high-density cellulose pulp not treated with optical brighteners, with characteristics that ensure rapid absorption and retention of liquids away from the skin;
> superabsorbent polymers in sodium polyacrylate: non-toxic and hypoallergenic (antigel type), they are mixed with cellulose pulp, but isolated from direct contact with the skin. They exert their gelling action without compromising the compactness of the absorbent mat;
> the raw materials used - pulp and polymers - are carefully selected to act synergistically, so as to preserve the functionality of the mat which, thanks to the mix of pulp and polymers, quickly captures and retains liquids, while maintaining reduced dimensions and thickness.
Surface covering: soft black non-woven fabric made of hypoallergenic polypropylene fiber, extremely comfortable to use. Treated to maintain a prolonged permeability to liquids, which are quickly absorbed by the underlying mat, leaving the surface dry.
Outer cover: breathable non-woven fabric with liquid barrier function. Thin and resistant, it offers high softness and flexibility.
Longitudinal adhesive: thanks to the large size and the special silicone-based glue, it guarantees correct and safe positioning with normal underwear. The protective paper tab contains the product identification information.
TENA Men Extra Light Protective Shield is specific for drops and small losses: thanks to the small size of the mat and the thickness of only 3 mm, it guarantees maximum discretion.
Anatomical design: the special shell shape is specifically designed for the male anatomy, adapts to the body, protecting comfortably and discreetly. TENA Men Protective Shield follows movements, for comfort, security against leaks and discretion.
Odour Control System: the special superabsorbent polymers used inhibit bacterial proliferation and therefore the formation of unpleasant (ammoniacal) odours, ensuring comfort in use.
Adhesives: Hotmelt type, composed of resins (adhesive component) and polymers (cohesive component). Applied hot, without the use of solvents, they do not interact with surrounding materials, thus being non-toxic and inert.
Safety: The entire TENA Men incontinence range is latex-free.

Compact packaging: single sachets (Single Wrap) for maximum ease of use and discretion, inserted in plastic bags. All packages show on the outside the instructions for use with illustrative drawings and the identification code of the production batch. The minimum bulk allows you to save space and offers maximum practicality. The packages are inserted in a resistant external cardboard with clear writing, for easy identification of the product.
CE Marking: The product in question is classified as a Class I non-sterile Medical Device with no measuring function. It fully satisfies the requirements of Legislative Decree 46/97, implementation of Dir. 93/42/EC and subsequent amendments.
