Description
Gluten-free, long-leavening baked confectionery product.
Gluten-free Colomba covered externally with hazelnut icing and enriched with almonds and granulated sugar. Internally it is amber yellow in color and characterized by a small alveolation.
Hints of vanilla, lemon, cedar and orange are perceived.

Gluten-free preparation [corn starch, sugar; emulsifier: E471; vegetable fibres (Psyllium); thickener: guar; salt; preservative: sorbic acid], sugar, vegetable margarine [rice oil, cocoa butter, water, extra virgin olive oil, salt, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), rosemary extract], eggs, mixed candied citrus fruits 10% (orange peel, lemon peel, citron peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), brewer's yeast, soy flour, almonds 2%, hazelnuts, rice flour, corn flour, xanthan gum, flavourings.
