Description
Gluten-free, dairy-free and corn-free bread and pizza mix. Source of fiber.
Ingredients
Rice flour, rice starch; vegetable fiber: psyllium; sugar; thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; flavorings.
May contain traces of soy , nuts ( almonds and pistachios ), milk ( lactose- free), eggs and sesame seeds.
Gluten free.

How to use
Required:
- Oro Pan Riso Mix 1,000 g
- Water 800/850 ml
- Extra virgin olive oil 30 ml
- Fresh brewer's yeast 20 g
- Salt 25 g.
Preparation:
Dissolve the yeast in the water and pour a little at a time into the flour. Once you have a smooth dough, add the salt and finally the oil and let it absorb well. Let it rest for about 5 minutes, create the desired shape and weight. Cover the dough already formed and let it rise until it doubles in volume. Brush with a little extra virgin olive oil and cook in a preheated fan oven at 200°C for about 22 minutes (cooking time may vary depending on the oven).
Pasta weight 120 g.

Store at room temperature.
Validity for intact package: 12 months.
Validity after first opening: 12 months.
