Semi-finished powder for sandwiches, breadsticks.
For all types of baked goods such as sandwiches, pizzas, loaves of bread and focaccias, having a great softness and plasticity of the dough. The product obtained will then have a well-structured crumb and a splendid flavor.
Ingredients
Gluten-free wheat starch, rice starch, potato starch, brown rice flour, dextrose (from corn), dried corn sourdough, sugar; vegetable fibres: inulia, psyllium and bamboo; lentil flour, lactose-free milk ; thickeners: guar gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
May contain traces of soy , nuts ( almonds , pistachios ), eggs , sesame seeds and lupin .
Gluten free.
