Gold Shortcrust Mix
Description
Powder preparation specifically formulated for celiacs.
Product indicated for the production of biscuits and shortbread. It has the correct protein content and gives the dough good workability and optimal yield. In this way the finished product will have lightness, fragrance, friability and consistency at the same time.
Ingredients
Rice starch, corn starch, potato starch, corn flour, quinoa flour; vegetable fibres: psyllium, bamboo; thickeners: xanthan gum; raising agent (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate; stabilizer: calcium salts of fatty acids), carob flour.

How to use
Preparation
- Mix in a planetary mixer with a leaf for about 5 minutes at first speed: margarine and icing sugar; immediately after add flour, whole eggs and salt, until you get a smooth dough.
- Fan oven at 175°C, for approximately 15/18 minutes (weight 20 g).
Warnings
May contain traces of soy, nuts (almonds), milk (lactose-free), eggs, sesame seeds, lupin.
Conservation
Store at room temperature.
Validity with intact packaging: 12 months.
Validity after opening: 12 months.
