Description
Food for special medical purposes, for the dietary management of patients in case of constipation. Powder preparation to be diluted.
2 in 1 nutritional solution, naturally effective for constipation:
1. Clinically proven laxative action, softens stools and increases their frequency.
2. Rebalances the intestinal flora thanks to its prebiotic action, increases the quantity of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus.
OptiFibre works in a natural, physiological and progressive way thanks to its unique ingredient, Partially Hydrolyzed Guar Gum.
Indicated for patients with constipation, including children aged 3 years and older and pregnant or breastfeeding women.

How to use
*Use OptiFibre at the first signs of discomfort. The first laxative effects may occur within 48 to 72 hours, depending on personal sensitivity. To rebalance the intestinal flora, use OptiFibre for at least 14 days. Since the action of OptiFibre is natural, its use can be repeated according to the doctor's instructions. Simple to use, it can be easily integrated into the daily diet. It has a neutral taste and aroma, it does not alter the structure of foods. It can be mixed with all still drinks (such as coffee, fruit juices), or with hot or cold foods (such as yogurt, soups). Use OptiFibre progressively, adapting it according to age, needs and medical indications. The daily dose must be distributed throughout the day and must not be exceeded without medical indication.
Adults: Start with 1 scoop per day and, if necessary, gradually increase by 1 scoop every 3 days. Never exceed 4 scoops per day (20 g).
Children 3 to 10 years: start with 1/2 scoop per day and, if necessary, increase to 1 scoop starting from the 4th day.
Never exceed 1 scoop per day (5 g).
Children aged 10 years and above: if necessary, further increase to 2 scoops starting from the 7th day (10 g).
Example for an adult, from day 1 to 3: 1 scoop per day (in the morning). If necessary, from day 4 to 6: 2 scoops/day (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening).
If further needed: 4 scoops per day max (throughout the day).
Warnings
Use under medical supervision. Not suitable as a sole source of nutrition. Use only the included measuring cup.
Conservation
Store in a dry place away from heat sources. Validity with intact packaging: 24 months.
After opening, use within 8 weeks. The prepared product must be consumed within 4 hours if stored at room temperature or within 24 hours if stored in the refrigerator.
