Description
VAPO NO GAS deodorant with delicate action.
It protects and hydrates the skin without interfering with the skin's natural transpiration, acting on the external sweating mechanisms responsible for the production of bad odors.
Also ideal for sensitive and intolerant skin, it is formulated without alcohol and antiperspirant aluminum salts.
The anti-odor action is guaranteed by an innovative active ingredient, consisting of branched polysaccharides capable of forming a glucidic film that makes it difficult for bacteria to adhere to the skin surface. In this way, the number of bacteria is reduced, which by metabolizing the components of sebum and sweat are responsible for the formation of bad odor.
In addition to the reduction of adherent bacteria, there is an adsorbent component, which promotes odor control. This active ingredient contains a series of enzymes that act on the low molecular weight volatile substances produced by bacteria, permanently converting them into their corresponding high molecular weight salts, which do not penetrate the skin and are odorless. In this way, a reduction in body odor occurs without compromising the balance of the resident bacterial flora.
To support the deodorant action, triethyl citrate is present, an enzyme inhibitor that is bound by bacteria with a greater affinity than natural sebum. When attacked by enzymes, the hydrolysis of triethyl citrate releases citric acid, which lowers the local pH and limits the formation of malodorous fatty acids, and ethyl alcohol, which has a bacteriostatic action.
The presence of extracts of lonicera japonica and caprifolium, in addition to supporting the bacteriostatic action, promotes a soothing effect on the skin, reducing superficial irritation phenomena.
Finally, the presence of substances such as betaine and zinc-PCA, a physiological component of NMF, restores correct skin hydration, contributing to the physiological composition of the hydrolipidic film.
