Oligo Copper Plus
Copper is a trace mineral. Copper has been shown to be essential for the formation of the enzyme SOD (superoxide dismutase) where it plays a catalytic role. This enzyme is important because it has been shown to defend the body from the toxic action of oxygen free radicals and tissue damage that results from chronic inflammatory conditions such as joint inflammation. Copper is also important for the absorption and use of iron in the formation of hemoglobin. In combination with vitamin C, copper promotes the formation of muscle elastin. Finally, copper deficiencies appear to manifest themselves with low levels of HDL (good cholesterol).
Ingredients
Chelated copper; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; dibasic calcium phosphate; thickener: sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate.
How to use
Swallow 1/2 tablet per day, with water, preferably with a meal.
