OFTAROS GARZE is indicated for the cleaning and hygiene of the eyelids, eyelashes and face from crusts, nasal discharge, cosmetics. It is indicated for a necessary peripalpebral hygiene even in the presence of allergic, infectious, inflammatory pathologies and in the aftermath of trauma and surgery.
Among its active ingredients are epigallocatechin gallate (antioxidant/analgesic/anti-inflammatory), Melaleuca tea tree oil (antibacterial/antifungal indicated for blepharitis and acne), allantoin (healing for ulcers and abrasions), hyaluronic acid which has a well-known hydrating action and glycyrrhetic acid (healing, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial).
How to use
With clean hands, open the sachet and remove the gauze. Apply the gauze to the eyelid area, gently rubbing it in order to allow adequate cleansing, with removal of ocular secretions, nasal discharge and pollutants (smog, dust, powders, cosmetics, etc.). In the event of particularly persistent secretions or blepharitis, it is advisable to heat the closed sachet for a few minutes in warm water (40-50 °C) and then use the gauze as a hot compress, massaging gently. In the event of edema, it is advisable to cool in the freezer and then apply the open gauze, keeping it in place as a cold compress.
