OCUDOX
Description
Electrolyzed solution for support in the treatment of blepharitis.
It is used to remove residues and microorganisms from the eyelids, eyelashes and skin around the eyes that may cause irritation and disorders to the ocular surface.
It can also be used to clean minor cuts and burns.
It is not irritating to human skin, eyes or throat and is not a skin sensitizer. No special precautions are required for use. It is not flammable.
Ingredients
Electrolyzed water (H2O), Sodium chloride (NaCl); accessory substances: Sodium hypochlorite (NaOCI) and Hypochlorous acid (HOCI).
How to use
Wash your hands before applying Ocudox, remove any traces of lotion or make-up from the eye area and apply 2 sprays of Ocudox to a round cotton pad. Close your eye and, using a horizontal motion, gently cleanse the base of the upper eyelid lashes at least 3 times. No rinsing is necessary. Use twice daily or as directed by your doctor.
It can also be used to cleanse the eye area in the days before and after eye surgery.
After use, the container must be closed for storage.
Warnings
Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing.
For external use only. Do not inject or ingest.
Do not use Ocudox in combination with other products without your doctor's consent.
If you have deep or severe wounds, or have any other questions about treatment, consult a doctor.
Report any adverse reactions to a doctor.
In addition to the use of Ocudox, systemic and/or local antibiotics may be necessary in some cases.
Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
Keep container closed when product is not in use.
Ocudox is also harmless in case of contact with the nasal cavity or in case of ingestion.
Protect the product from freezing.
Conservation
Store at temperatures between 2° C and 24° C.
Validity after opening: 60 days.
