BCM-95 dry extract of Curcuma longa rhizome tit. 95% in curcuminoids (of which curcumin 65%); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: colloidal silica, magnesium stearate.

How to use
Take 1 tablet daily with a little water, preferably with a meal.
