Gluten-free hypoallergenic pasta. Created for the purpose of producing gluten-free dietary products from certified raw materials. Free from emulsifiers and without ingredients and nutritional elements incompatible with the needs of people intolerant or sensitive to certain substances and derivatives, such as gluten, milk and eggs.
Suitable for celiac diets and also suitable for anyone who wants to make informed choices about their diet. Obtained from a careful selection of white corn, yellow corn and rice. Produced in compliance with the artisan tradition and the art of Italian pasta making: bronze drawn, with slow processing cycles and drying at low temperatures. Nutri-tè Acqua e farina pasta has a delicate flavour, a scent similar to breadcrumbs, which is why it is appreciated by everyone. With its hints that recall childhood, it is very inviting. It can also be successfully offered to the little ones. Excellent cooking resistance, it lends itself to being sautéed. A tasty and appealing gluten-free alternative that goes well with all types of seasoning.

How to use
Fill a pot with water, 1 litre per 100 g of pasta, bring the water to a boil. Pour the pasta into the boiling water and cook for the minutes indicated on the label. Drain and season to taste.

Store at room temperature.
