Bionike Nutraceutical Hair Skin Nails is a food supplement with Horsetail and Millet, which contribute to the well-being of hair and nails. Contains:
- Methionine: sulfur-containing amino acid, a constituent of keratin, is of fundamental importance for the endogenous synthesis process of this protein, also contributing to maintaining the integrity of the hair follicle.
- Horsetail and Millet: due to their high mineral salt content, they promote the remineralization of nails and hair.
- Group B vitamins: Thiamine (Vit. B1), Riboflavin (Vit. B2), Niacin (Vit. B3 or PP), Biotin (Vit. H or B7), Vitamin B6, important for the well-being of the skin and its appendages.
- Vitamin E: helps protect against oxidative stress.
- Trace elements:
- Zinc: important for the well-being of the skin and its annexes, hair and nails.
- Copper: contributes to normal hair pigmentation.
- Molybdenum: contributes to the normal metabolism of sulfur-containing amino acids

How to use
It is recommended to take 2 capsules per day, to be swallowed with plenty of water.
