Notty
Food supplement based on Sedax (complex of extracts of valerian, Californian poppy, hawthorn, passionflower and lemon balm), melatonin and vitamin B6.Sleep is a fundamental activity for recharging the mind and body with energy and is a necessary phase for re-elaborating the information learned during the day. Difficulty in falling asleep and continuous awakenings lead to insufficient rest. Thanks to its plant components (Sedax), traditionally known for their physiological relaxing and soothing action, to melatonin and vitamin B6, Notty is indicated as a useful support for reconciling night-time rest and improving the quality of sleep, reducing the time it takes to fall asleep and awakenings during the night. It can also be useful for promoting physiological relaxation in cases of anxiety or stress. Also indicated for travellers, especially those who travel long distances, to minimise the effects of jet lag.
Valerian
Natural remedy to combat anxiety, nervousness and sleep disorders. Valerian facilitates falling asleep in case of difficulty due to states of agitation, promoting relaxation and good rest, especially in the early stages of sleep.
Hawthorn
Relaxing action on the muscles. It also has calming effects on the heart and promotes relaxation in states of anxiety. It contributes to the general sedative and calming action.
Californian Poppy
Plant of ancient phytotherapeutic tradition, known for its sedative and calming properties for anxiety states. It acts on the tone of the central nervous system, promotes sleep by helping to maintain prolonged rest, decreasing the frequency and duration of night-time awakenings. It is therefore ideal in cases of early morning awakenings. It soothes and relaxes in states of irritability and nervousness.
Passion flower
Phytotherapeutic remedy for nervousness, irritability and insomnia. It helps to find relaxation, well-being and a good restful sleep.
Melissa
It has important sedative properties. The plant is traditionally used in case of difficulty falling asleep. It also has a powerful tranquilizing action that extends to the smooth muscles, with an antispasmodic effect: its use is in fact indicated in states of agitation that involve the gastric system, the so-called "gastric neurosis".
Melatonin
Substance naturally produced by our body, useful in regulating the sleep-wake cycle and reducing the time it takes to fall asleep. It is indicated in jet lag syndrome, to combat insomnia and states of fatigue resulting from travel and transfers.
Vitamin B6
It contributes to the reduction of the sense of tiredness and fatigue, frequent in periods of physical and mental stress. It also acts as a modulator of mood tone.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day, preferably in the evening before bedtime or as needed. For travellers, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking the product on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at the destination.
