PREPARATION FOR Cocoa Cake
Gluten- free and lactose- free product.
With free range eggs .
Ingredients
Sugar, rice flour, egg white powder, corn starch, cocoa (5%), non-hydrogenated vegetable oil (coconut oil), humectant: E420; emulsifiers: E475, E433; egg yolk powder, glucose syrup, raising agents: E450i, E500ii; thickeners: E412, E466; flavourings, salt, acidity regulator: E575; modified starch, anti-caking agent: E551.
May contain traces of milk and nuts .
How to use
Pour the contents of the sachet into a bowl and add 105 g of various seed oils or 105 g of soft butter (with butter the final product will contain lactose) and 145 ml of water. Mix with a whisk mixer for about 4-5 minutes, at medium speed, until the mixture is smooth and lighter. Pour the mixture into a previously oiled mold. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (if fan-assisted) or 170°C (if static) for 30 -35 minutes.
Conservation
Store at room temperature.
Validity for intact package: 24 months.
