PREPARATION FOR Sponge Cake
Product without gluten and without palm oil.
With free range eggs .
To be used for filled cakes and many spoon desserts, such as zuppa inglese.
Ingredients
Sugar, rice flour, corn starch, egg white powder, potato starch, skimmed milk powder, egg yolk powder, emulsifiers: E475, E433; raising agents: E450i, E500ii; thickeners: E412, E466; salt, flavourings, colouring : E160a.
May contain traces of milk and nuts .
How to use
Pour the contents of the mixture into the container and add 190 ml of water. Mix with a mixer at high speed for 8-10 minutes. Pour the mixture into the previously buttered pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 165°C (if fan-assisted) or at 175°C (if static) for approximately 35-40 minutes.
Conservation
Store at room temperature.
Validity for intact package: 24 months.
