Description
lactase-based food supplement, useful to promote the digestive process of lactose in case of intolerance (from primary or secondary lactase deficiency or congenital lactase deficiency). In the presence of intolerance, gastrointestinal symptoms (meteorism, flatulence, diarrhea) can lead to undertaking low-lactose diets with a negative impact on the quality of life and risk of secondary osteopenia. The oral intake of exogenous lactase determines an improvement in intestinal absorption of lactose with elimination of symptoms, strongly limiting the use of a diet free of milk and dairy products, favoring an improvement in the quality of life.

How to use
One capsule is useful for digesting the lactose contained in 350 ml of milk. Take one or two capsules as needed, one hour before meals. The capsule should be swallowed whole with a little liquid and should not be chewed under any circumstances.
Warnings
Keep out of sight and reach of children under 3 years of age, to avoid accidental ingestion. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose without medical advice. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to one or more ingredients contained. Do not use in case of damaged packaging and/or after the expiry date. It is necessary to take the product with every meal containing lactose. Lactose tolerance is variable and it is advisable to seek medical advice regarding the role of this substance in your diet.
