Description
Food supplement with melatonin and lime and valerian extracts.
Melatonin, taken at a dose of 1 mg just before bedtime, has a beneficial effect by helping to reduce the time required to fall asleep; already at a dose of 0.5 mg, it also helps to alleviate the effects of jet lag. Valerian and lime tree promote sleep and physiological relaxation, especially during periods of greater stress.

Ingredients
Water, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., root and rhizome) dry extract titrated at 0.8% in valerenic acids, lime (Tilia platyphyllos Scop., flowers) dry extract titrated at 1% in total flavonoids, preservative: potassium sorbate; flavouring, acidifier: citric acid; melatonin, sweetener: sucralose.
Gluten free.
Lactose free.

How to use
To promote natural sleep: take 4 ml shortly before going to bed, diluted in half a glass of water.
To relieve the effects of jet lag: take 2 ml (which provides 0.5 mg of melatonin), just before bedtime, diluted in half a glass of water, on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
Shake the bottle well before use.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
For use of the product during pregnancy, breastfeeding and in children, it is advisable to seek the advice of a doctor.
The possible presence of small undissolved particles, suspendable by shaking, is due to the high concentration of plant extracts and does not affect the quality of the product.
Conservation
Store tightly closed in a cool (<25°C) and dry place, avoiding exposure to direct sources of heat.
