NEUTRAFENIL MICRO R
Food for special medical purposes in delayed-release microtablets indicated for the dietary treatment of children and adults with confirmed hyperphenylalaninemia including phenylketonuria.
Micro tablets are indicated for children of all ages in relation to their ability to ingest, assessed by the attending physician.
Ingredients
L-tyrosine, L-leucine, L-lysine, L-aspartate, L-isoleucine, L-valine, stabilizers: sodium alginate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; L-tryptophan, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, cellulose, stearic acid; L-histidine, L-methionine, L-threoine, L-arginine, colour: E171.
*The salt content is due exclusively to the sodium naturally present in the product which amounts to 0.65 g/100 g
How to use
According to the doctor's prescription, taking into account the age, body weight, clinical conditions of the subject and the characteristic that the tablets are delayed release.
Nutrafenil Micro R releases the amino acids contained in the micro tablets within 3 hours of being taken by the subject. The cap of a jar contains approximately 9.2 g of Equivalent Proteins (equal to approximately 13 g of micro tablets).
Take the prescribed amount with water or other permitted liquids. The tablets are tasteless; to avoid losing this characteristic, it is recommended not to chew them, not to pulverize them and not to dissolve them.
Warnings
The product must be used under medical supervision, by subjects with confirmed hyperphenylalaninemia including phenylketonuria. The product cannot be used as the sole source of nutrition. Keep out of reach of children.
Conservation
After use, close the jar carefully.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and direct sources of heat.
The expiry date refers to the product in its intact packaging, stored correctly.
