How to use
It is recommended to take 30 drops in the evening half an hour before bedtime. You can take the drops as they are or diluted in a little water. Instructions for use: 1) Unscrew the cap. 2) Screw the dropper contained in the sachet and use as needed. 3) Shake well before each use.
