Food supplement based on Californian poppy, useful for physiological sleep, passionflower, hawthorn and lemon balm, useful for promoting relaxation and mental well-being.
Ingredients
Californian poppy (30%) ( Eschscholzia Cham.) flowering tops, passion flower (30%) ( Passiflora L.) aerial parts, hawthorn (17%) ( Crataegus oxyacantha L.) flowering tops, lemon balm (10%) ( Melissa officinalis L.) leaves, orange (10%) ( Citrus sinensis L. Osbeck) fruit, natural orange flavouring (3%).
Gluten free.

How to use
One filter in a cup of boiling water, leave to infuse for 5-7 minutes with a lid to avoid losing the volatile principles, take twice a day, preferably away from meals. It is preferable not to use chlorinated water. Before removing the sachets, press them lightly with a teaspoon. Possible slight variations in taste and color are part of the naturalness of the product.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet.
