Multimagnesium
Magnesium food supplement in the form of 5 different salts, in order to increase its bioavailability; in fact, the absorption of magnesium, as with other minerals, is strictly linked to the type of salt with which it is administered. A supplemental intake of magnesium is required in many situations, for example: osteoporosis, alcoholism, migraine, premenstrual syndrome, kidney stones, cerebrovascular disorders. Supplementation of the mineral is also necessary in all subjects suffering from anxiety and nervousness, in prolonged stress as in the case of athletes and particularly busy workers. Even in old age it is useful to increase the intake of magnesium.Ingredients
Magnesium salts: magnesium chloride; magnesium pidolate; magnesium sulphate heptahydrate; magnesium gluconate; magnesium heavy oxide. Other nutritional factors: taurine; sodium borate. Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose (thickener); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.
How to use
The recommended dosage is 2-4 tablets per day, preferably taken away from meals.
Contraindications
Do not take in case of known hypersensitivity to one of the constituents. In case of heart and kidney disease or disorders, consult your doctor before taking the product. Interactions with other drugs: the simultaneous intake of magnesium and quinoline or tetracycline antibiotics can reduce the absorption of these drugs.
Side effects
Overdoses may cause minor gastrointestinal disturbances.
Warnings
For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children it is recommended to seek medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied diet.
