Mixture of amino acids free of methionine, threonine, valine and low isoleucine content indicated for the treatment of methylmalonic aciduria/propionic aciduria. Food intended for special medical purposes.
For the dietary treatment of children from the first year of life and of adults with confirmed methylmalonic aciduria/propionic aciduria.
Ingredients
L-lysine, L-aspartate, L-leucine, L-glutamine, L-arginine, L-alanine, L-serine, L-aspartic acid, L-phenylalanine, L-tyrosine, L-histidine, L-proline, glycine, L-cystine, L-tryptophan, L-isoleucine, taurine, emulsifier: sucrose esters of fatty acids, L-carnitine.
How to use
Dosage and administration: according to the doctor's prescription, taking into account the age, body weight and clinical conditions of the subject.
Take the prescribed amount of MMA/PA medi 2 divided into 3-4 daily doses, dispersed in water or other permitted cold liquids, even flavored or added to foods.
After use, close the jar carefully.
Warnings
MMA/PA medi 2 must be used under medical supervision, by subjects with confirmed methylmalonic aciduria/propionic aciduria. MMA/PA medi 2 cannot be used as the sole source of nutrition. Keep out of reach of children.
Conservation
Store the product at room temperature in a cool, dry place, away from light and direct sources of heat.
