Description

BREAD MIX

Gluten-free flour mix for making bread.
Specifically formulated for celiacs.

How to use
RECIPE
Bread Mix 1 kg
water 700 ml
extra virgin olive oil 50 ml
yeast 25 g
salt 25 g.

PREPARATION
Mix everything together.
Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes and create the shape with the desired weight.
Cover the dough and let it rise until it doubles in volume.
Before baking, brush with extra virgin olive oil.
Place in a preheated oven at 220°C for approximately 20 minutes (no microwave).

Ingredients
Corn starch, rice starch, potato starch, legume flour (chickpeas, quinoa, lentils), vegetable fibers (psyllium, potato and pea), dextrose, maltodextrin; thickeners: guar gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; yeast, salt.
May contain traces of other nuts ( almonds , pistachios ) and eggs .

May contain traces of milk and lactose .

Gluten free.
