Description
Semi-finished powder for bread, specifically formulated for celiacs.
Product suitable for making tasty bread, without any added yeast.
Ingredients
Deglutinated wheat starch, rice starch, rice flour, quinoa flour, lentil flour, dextrose (from corn); vegetable fibres: inulin, psyllium; millet flour, fonio flour; thickeners: guar gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

How to use
Preparation
- Place in a planetary mixer with leaf for approximately 5 minutes: 1,000 g of product, 1,000 ml of water, 40 ml of extra virgin olive oil, 25 g of salt and mix everything together.
- Once the dough is ready, use a piping bag and a smooth nozzle to form the desired size (like a cream puff).
- Place in a fan oven at 190°C with steam or in a deck oven at 210°C with steam for approximately 25/30 minutes; open the vent during the last 5 minutes; bread weight: 60 g.
Warnings
May contain traces of soy, nuts (almonds), milk (lactose-free), eggs, sesame seeds, lupin.
Conservation
Store at room temperature.
Validity with intact packaging: 12 months.
Validity after opening: 12 months.
