Description
MIGRENÌ DEC
Description
It is a multiphasic food supplement formulated in accordance with the most recent acquisitions of evidence-based medicine (EBM). The proposed formulation and the components contained in Migrenì dec are supported by scientific evidence and epidemiological studies. By consulting the biomedical literature, the user of Migrenì dec will be able to learn about the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic characteristics of the supplement, finding a scientific answer to their curiosities and doubts. Migrenì dec acts by supporting the individual, even over three years of age, in particular conditions of psycho-physical stress such as headaches. Support intended as an ancillary or adjuvant activity of other therapies to which the user is subjected. Migrenì dec, for example, can be taken as an adjuvant to the anti-inflammatory therapy (NSAIDs) to which those who suffer from headaches are subjected.
Property
Feverfew : this botanical species, like others used in phytotherapy, belongs to the Asteraceae family, also called Compositae. Its effectiveness in treating headaches is mainly due to parthenolide, a plant molecule that counteracts the production of inflammatory molecules, such as leukotrienes and thromboxanes. It is particularly effective when taken as a preventative measure and for periods of 2-3 months, thus reducing the frequency and intensity of headache episodes. It has been observed that not all feverfew preparations have the same effectiveness, for this reason the concentrations of feverfew and parthenolide contained in Micrì dec have been optimized in order to maximize the effect (dry extract titrated and standardized in parthenolide at 0.80%).
Ginger : has a general anti-inflammatory activity, which makes it useful as an analgesic against pain caused by headache. This botanical species also reduces the action of pro-inflammatory mediators, such as thromboxanes and leukotrienes.
Tryptophan : this essential starch (it cannot be synthesized by the body and therefore must be introduced with normal food) is the precursor of serotonin and niacin. Several studies demonstrate its usefulness in increasing the production of serotonin, a neurotransmitter essential for mood management and whose levels are reduced in conditions of anxiety and mood swings.
Magnesium : is a mineral involved in numerous biological processes essential for life and health and plays an essential role in the production of energy and in the balance of the nervous system. The presence of magnesium in the formulation of Migrenì dec is linked to its involvement in the processes of rebalancing neuronal transmission altered by headache.
