Gellula: gellula (food gelatin; glycerin; iron oxide); soybean oil; wheat germ oil; L-cystine; partially hydrogenated soybean oil; millet (panicum miliaceum l.) semen extracts (oily extract 6.5% - dry extract 6.5%); L-methionine; yellow wax; horsetail (equisetum arvense l.) herba dry extract; lecithin; purified water; hydrolyzed keratin; pantothenic acid (d-pantothenate; calcium); colorant: titanium dioxide.
How to use
Take 1 tablet in the morning, 1 gel at lunch, 1 capsule at dinner; swallow with water during meals.
