produced from organic farming, it has a light, straw-yellow color, a liquid consistency and is highly sought after for its delicate, fine and non-cloying taste. Recommended for mild diabetics, as it is rich in fructose, but without excess. It is an excellent antiseptic with a balsamic action on the respiratory tract.
Characteristics:
produced in a historic beekeeping, organized to follow the different flowering moments in the various areas of Italy, it does not undergo heat treatments above 40° and does not crystallize thanks to its high fructose content. It is excellent for sweetening without altering the taste and aroma of the sweetened product, it can be used to sweeten infants' meals, it does not cloud herbal teas and, due to its sweetness, it is the favorite table honey, even for children.
