MICOSTOP PLUS
Description
Vaginal cream indicated as an adjuvant treatment for vaginal mycosis.
It has a rebalancing and normalizing action on the vaginal pH, useful for counteracting the colonization of pathogenic agents.
Furthermore, thanks to its emollient and soothing action, it reduces annoying sensations of itching and burning.
How to use
Apply the product once a day, preferably in the evening before going to bed, for 3 consecutive days.
If necessary, perform a second 3-day treatment.
If you have not obtained appreciable results, consult your doctor.
Wash your hands before using the medical device.
Break the seal of the tube using the special tip on the cap.
Screw the disposable applicator onto the neck of the tube.
Gently press the tube from the bottom to release enough cream to fill the applicator to the stop.
Unscrew the applicator from the tube and gently insert it into the vagina. Press the plunger until the applicator is completely empty.
In order to facilitate the insertion and correct emptying of the applicator, it is advisable to carry out the operation while lying down.
Do not reuse the applicator after use and dispose of it.
Composition
Aqua, glyceryl stearate, PEG 100 stearate, boric acid, cetearyl alcohol, fatty acid esters, cyclopentasiloxane, vegetable stearin, chlorhexidine digluconate, clotrimazole, silicone oil, triethanolamine, EDTA disodium salt, carbomer, phytosomal glycyrrhetinic acid, lactic acid.
Warnings
Do not use in case of individual hypersensitivity to one of the components of the product.
Do not use if you are pregnant or suspected to be pregnant or if you are attempting to induce pregnancy.
Do not use during breastfeeding.
There are no known interactions with other products, therefore it is advisable to consult your doctor before using the product in combination with other medical devices or drugs for vaginal use.
The use, especially if prolonged, of all products for topical use can give rise to sensitization phenomena. In this case, discontinue treatment and consult your doctor to establish appropriate therapy.
In cases where the burning symptom is already present, with marked erythema and/or irritation, this may be accentuated at the beginning of the treatment but tends to disappear spontaneously with subsequent applications.
If you experience any other side effects, inform your doctor or pharmacist.
Keep out of reach of children.
Avoid contact with eyes.
Do not ingest.
Do not use after the expiry date or if the package is opened or damaged.
Conservation
Keep the device tightly closed, away from light and heat.
Medical devices should not be disposed of via wastewater or household waste; ask your pharmacist how to dispose of medical devices no longer used.
The expiry date refers to the product stored correctly, in intact packaging.
Best before date from production date, in intact packaging: 36 months.
