Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and alleviate sleep disturbances due to jet lag. Magnesium and Vitamin B6 contribute to normal psychological function. Zinc promotes normal cognitive function. Hops promotes physiological relaxation and night rest.

How to use
1 sachet per day to be dissolved in a glass of water, to be taken shortly before going to bed.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. For optimal use of the product, it is advisable to consult a doctor. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
The beneficial effect on reducing the time needed to fall asleep is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed. The beneficial effect on jet lag is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
Use is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
The product contains polyalcohols: excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
