Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) seeds es, rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L.) leaves es, microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), pomegranate (Punica granatum L.) fruit es, ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc.) rhizome es, cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum J.Presl.) bark es, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate; gum arabic (E414); glazing agent: shellac E904/E527.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet before lunch and 1 tablet before dinner with plenty of water.
