Description
Food supplement based on melatonin and extracts of valerian, passion flower and Californian poppy. Particularly useful and effective in the very first phase of falling asleep thanks to its formulation and rapid absorption even without water. In convenient orosoluble sachets, to dissolve in the mouth or in water, with a pleasant orange flavor.
Ingredients
Valerian dry extract 0.8% valerenic acids 150 mg, passionflower dry extract 2% vitexin 100 mg, California poppy dry extract 0.2% protopine 100 mg, melatonin; sweetener: sucralose.
Gluten free.
How to use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet in the evening, half an hour before going to bed, dissolving slowly in the mouth or in a little water.
