Food supplement based on melatonin and passion flower, with vitamin B6. Melatonin, at a dosage of 1 mg per day, is effective in reducing the time required to fall asleep. How to use
1 tablet per day, preferably in the evening just before going to bed.
To relieve the effects of jet lag, take 1 tablet on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
Warnings
For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children it is recommended to seek medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied diet.
