Food supplement based on melatonin. Melatonin helps to alleviate the effects of jet lag and reduce the time required to fall asleep. Suitable for vegans and also for children over 3 years of age.
Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; melatonin.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day.
- Jet lag: in case of jet lag the beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
- Sleep: to reduce the time required to fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
