Food supplement based on melatonin that contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep in children and adults.
The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
Melamil is also indicated to alleviate the effects of jet lag. In these cases, it is recommended to take a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at your destination.

Fructose, purified water, melatonin; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; flavouring; thickener: xanthan gum.

How to use
4 drops per day, equal to 1 mg of melatonin.
It is recommended to administer the product directly into the mouth, or diluted in non-alcoholic drinks, using the dropper contained in the package.
After use, close the bottle with the dropper cap.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
