Description
RADIODERM SPRAY
Radioderm is a medical device with a predominantly protective action on the skin, made in compliance with Directive 93/42/EEC MDD. The product contains hyaluronic acid, the main component of connective tissue, and the amino acids that constitute collagen. Radioderm, through the protective action exerted by its components, is particularly indicated for the prevention and treatment of dermatitis during radiotherapy, for example for head-neck and breast cancers, and in combined or concomitant treatments with chemotherapy.
Interactive dressing, in fluid gel formulation, aimed at promoting the formation of granulation tissue. Furthermore, by modulating the inflammatory process and activating the proliferation of fibroblasts, with new collagen production, it determines rapid tissue regeneration.
Radioderm protects the integrity of the skin, being used in the early stages of lesions with a preventive effect on their evolution. It significantly reduces the appearance of redness, itching and burning in the area exposed to ionizing radiation, promoting the completion of the treatment without unwanted suspensions or delays.
The application of Radioderm on dermatitis during radiotherapy with signs of ulcerative evolution, promotes the maintenance of a protective microenvironment on the integrity of the skin itself, reducing the appearance of redness, itching and burning.
