CE medical device, class IIb. Adjuvant in the repair and regeneration of the nasal mucosa. It promotes the trophic process that is the basis of the regeneration of the nasal mucosa and exerts a lubricating, emollient and protective action in cases of blocked nose sensation and nasal dryness. The lysine salt of hyaluronic acid, added with thymine, present in rinoLysYal, enhances the hydrodynamics of the polymeric chain of hyaluronic acid. Cream that assists the repair process of the damaged/dry nasal mucosa or in any case altered due to:
• Acute rhinitis (cold) and chronic rhinitis (such as in chronic users of nasal decongestants).
• Allergic rhinitis and/or sinusitis.
• Iatrogenic rhinitis (due to use/abuse of pharmacologically active substances).
• Nasal dryness resulting from air pollution (dust, smoke, smog, pollen), prolonged stay in dry and dusty environments.
• Chronic pathological conditions of the nasal mucosa, especially in the presence of crusts in the nasal cavities: in these cases the product has a supporting role in the repair and regenerative processes of the mucosa. This action can also be helpful in the repair and regenerative processes following rhinoplasty and cauterization surgery for turbinate hypertrophy, as well as endoscopic procedures.
rinoLysYal forms an emollient and protective film capable of exerting a barrier effect against external irritants, thus further promoting the reconstitutive processes of the nasal mucosa. Regular use of rinoLysYal contributes, through the actions described, to restoring the sensation of a free and well-lubricated nose.

How to use
Insert the nozzle into the nasal cavity and apply a small amount of product. Gently massage the nose from the outside, preferably with movements from bottom to top, in order to ensure uniform distribution of the cream inside. In case of perinasal skin irritation, the product can also be applied to the skin. It is recommended to apply 2-3 times a day in each nostril. During application, breathe normally without inhaling deeply.

Warnings
Do not use the product in case of active haemoptysis. Keep out of reach of children. The expiry date indicated on the label refers to the closed and correctly stored product. Do not use after the expiry date. Do not use if the package is open or damaged. The product is contraindicated in subjects who are intolerant/hypersensitive to any of the components. There are no known clinically relevant side effects for rinoLysYal; in the presence of nasal crusts, a burning sensation may occasionally appear which tends to disappear spontaneously in a very short time. Prolonged use of the product does not present problems, however, if the signs and symptoms of the condition for which rinoLysYal is used persist and/or worsen, consult your doctor. If side effects other than those described appear, consult your doctor/pharmacist. There are no known interactions with other products. Although there are no known effects of rinoLysYal during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding, the application of the product in these cases is subject to the judgment of the doctor.

Store at room temperature. Keep away from heat sources.
