DRESSING

Characteristics:
dressing based on hydrophilic polyurethane foam with a vertical alveolar structure that creates the ideal moist environment for the wound healing process, avoiding skin maceration and the release of exudate even under compression.
Thanks to the soft and smooth adherent layer (Soft-Hold layer) in contact with the wound, it ensures additional assistance when changing the dressing, a reduction in trauma and pain when changing the dressing and during removal, combined with excellent exudate management.
The Soft-Hold layer is a mostly paraffin adherent layer consisting of soft rings less than 1 mm thick. The Soft-Hold layer covers less than 50% of the foam, thus ensuring optimal absorption of exudate.
