Characteristics
A line of dressings that can remove bacteria from infected or contaminated wounds. Available in various formats, it does not release any chemical agent into the wound, but acts according to the physical principle of hydrophobic interaction: the coating with DACC (dialkylcarbamoylchloride) makes the dressings highly hydrophobic; bacteria also have hydrophobic characteristics, they physically bind to the dressing and are therefore removed at each change.
