An excessive sedentary lifestyle and an unbalanced diet can often be the cause of altered intestinal regularity. Active Senna is useful for promoting intestinal transit.
Ingredients
Senna dry extract titrated ( Cassia angustifolia M. Vahl. leaves); bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, talc, polyethylene glycol; anti-caking agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; colouring: titanium dioxide.
Gluten free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 to 4 tablets per day with an adequate amount of water (a large glass). Preferably take in the evening. It is recommended to start with the minimum dose and, if necessary, increase it up to the maximum recommended dose. A diet rich in liquids favors the effect of the supplement.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not administer to children under 12 years. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use for prolonged periods without consulting your doctor.
Conservation
