This type of pasta with ancient origins is made by cutting small pieces of potato-based dough and then quickly cooking them in water or broth, draining them as soon as they come to the surface. The most typical recipes are with tomato sauce, cheese or ragù.

Cook for 2/3 minutes.
Ingredients
Rehydrated potatoes 70% (water, potato flakes), rice flour, corn flour, potato starch, salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, natural flavours.
May contain traces of milk and eggs .
