Food supplement with sweetener based on magnesium, melatonin, vitamin B6, lemon balm and chamomile.
Supreme Magnesium, an original and exclusive formula from Natural Point, is a blend of plant-based citric acid and marine-based magnesium carbonate.
The mixture in water turns into a solution with a high content of magnesium citrate, a highly soluble organic salt with a high absorption rate.
Magnesium Supreme Night Relax is a formula indicated for when you have difficulty falling asleep, thanks to the benefits that chamomile, melatonin and lemon balm bring to our body. In particular:

How to use
Take one teaspoon a day in a cup of warm or hot water (200 ml) as a classic herbal tea. Take possibly an hour before bedtime.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under three years. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
In case of laxative effect it is recommended to reduce the quantity. It is then possible to increase the dosage up to the one indicated or better tolerated.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, away from direct light, heat sources and humidity.
