How to use
Dissolve a teaspoon of product in a glass of water (200 ml). Stir and wait until the solution becomes transparent, indicating that the product is ready to drink. To reduce preparation time, it is recommended to use warm or hot water. If needed, take a second teaspoon at another time of the day. Shake before first use.
Adults: 1-2 teaspoons daily.
Children: 11-14 years, one teaspoon daily; 3-11 years, half a teaspoon daily.
It can be taken at any time of the day or during periods of greater tiredness.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
In case of a laxative effect, it is recommended to reduce the dose and take it in the evening. In case of gastric sensitivity, take it with a meal and reduce the quantity. In both cases, it is then possible to increase the dosage to the one best tolerated.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, away from direct light, heat sources and humidity.
